The Development Review Board is charged
with overseeing subdivision, site plan, conditional use, and all other
board review applications. The Board provides a consolidated review
process that in many other towns is typically conducted by both a Zoning
Board and Planning Commission. Meetings are at 7:30 pm on the first and
third Tuesday of each month at City Hall. Projects are scheduled on a
first come first served basis. No reservations are accepted.
